Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery

 • Free shipping is included with every order.
 • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days.
 • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the local carrier’s handling process.
 • Shipping carriers: depending on the destination country, packages are delivered via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Import taxes & duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes, customs duties, or import fees.

We ship worldwide and deliver to most countries internationally.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order within 10 minutes of purchase.
Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet entered processing at our fulfillment center and is available for credit card payments only. Approval depends on the processing status.

Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or a refused delivery, the following terms apply:
 • A restocking fee of 10 applies (in your local currency: €10 EUR, £10 GBP, $10 USD, $10 CAD, $10 AUD, or $10 NZD) when the return is caused by an incorrect address or refusal and the item is returned to the warehouse.
 • No refund will be provided if the parcel is destroyed and does not return to the warehouse.
 • If the package is refused or deemed undeliverable after all delivery attempts, we may charge up to 50% of the order value as a resale/logistics fee.

Delivered but Not Received

Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, the shipping carrier must conduct the investigation.

To move forward with a claim or potential resolution, customers must provide one of the following within 3 business days after notification:
 • An official loss confirmation from the carrier
 • A police report
 • Proof you contacted the carrier (e.g., email confirmation, case ID, or reference number)

Once the required document is provided, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Please note:

 • Once your order has shipped, we cannot control the delivery process.
 • Responsibility during transit and final delivery lies with the courier.
 • Carrier investigations can take 4–10 business days, depending on their procedures.
 • We will contact you once the claim outcome is known to discuss the available resolution.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers must ensure all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an order is delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for the loss.

However, we may offer a reshipment option under these conditions:
 • A reshipment fee will be charged to cover carrier costs (this applies even if your original order included free shipping).
 • Reshipment fees typically range from $7 to $15, depending on courier rates.
 • Reshipments will only be sent after:
 • Customer confirmation, and
 • Successful payment of the reshipment fee.

We do not cover replacements, refunds, or losses for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.

Pick-Up by Courier / Unclaimed Parcels

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and collecting their parcel from the post office or pickup point when required.

If a package is not claimed and is later destroyed, we are not liable for replacement or refund.
