Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must:
• Be requested and returned within the 14-day return window
• Be unused, and not altered, resized, or repaired by any third party, with no signs of wear or damage
• Have all tags attached
• Be confirmed as eligible before approval (a clear photo or video is required)
Important: Please do not ship anything back before contacting us. Returns sent without approval may be refused or delayed.
If the return is due to the customer (change of mind, wrong selection, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (cost depends on the carrier chosen).
If the issue is our responsibility (wrong item sent or item arrived damaged), the customer will not be charged for return shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at: info@helenboutique.com
Include:
• Order number
• Reason for return/exchange
• Clear photo/video of the item
We will review your request and, if approved, provide the return address and detailed instructions.
After you ship the parcel, please send us the tracking number.
📦 Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Please allow up to 30 business days for the return to reach our warehouse.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued if:
• The parcel is destroyed due to an incorrect or insufficient address, or it is not returned to our warehouse
• The item has been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party, or is returned in poor condition that was not present at the time of sale
• You do not contact us within the 14-day return period
If a return is caused by an incorrect address or refusal of delivery and the parcel is returned to us, a restocking fee of 10 applies (in your local currency: €10 EUR, £10 GBP, $10 USD, $10 CAD, $10 AUD, or $10 NZD).
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or need a different size, we can offer an exchange.
Follow the steps above and clearly specify the replacement item/size you want.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once approved, we will ship the replacement free of charge.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
• Email a clear photo/video to info@helenboutique.com
Once approved, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, and you will not need to return the item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for a return or exchange:
• Items returned after the 14-day window
• Items altered/resized/repaired by a third party
• Items showing wear (scratches/damage) that was not present at the time of sale
Rejected Returns
If your return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to your original delivery address. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to send it back to you.
